"Nuetral U.N. finds Death on Lebanon side

Thinking thru this I have to wonder-Why was the U.N. on the Lebanon side while Hezbollah fired Missiles into Isreal? Why were they there not stopping Hezbollah? Would it be the same situation had they been in Isreal and killed by Hezbollah Missiles? THE ANSWER IS SIMPLY NO....
